How to purchase images from ASI
To purchase an image from the ASI website you need an account, this can be created prior to buying any images or is a part of the check out process. Creating an account allows us to generate your tax invoice that is downloadable from "Your Account". Your account is where you will be able to download your most recent and past purchases.
All our images have been captured and edited to a high professional standard. The colour editing to the images has been undertaken on calibrated monitors and all images are high resolution and have detail when enlarged.
Access to purchased images
Once images have been paid for they can be downloaded immediately in the size that you have purchased. Downloading them will be possible on the payment confirmation page or at any time from "Your Account".
Payment methods accepted
The website currently accepts payments from all major credit cards Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Where to find your image after purchase
All purchased images can be found in the "Your Account" section of the website which is visible once you have logged in, in the top right header of the website.
Due to the image being made available immediately at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds on images that have been incorrectly purchased, images that have been purchased that are no longer required for the project or the incorrect size of the image being purchased. Refunds will only be considered if the image download is believed to have been defective at the time of being supplied to the purchaser. Applications for refunds can be made directly to us at refunds @ australianstockimages .com .au (please remove all the spaces if copy and pasting this address)
